Free-arm Embroidery Machine service and repair in the Oklahoma City metro.

Service needs vary for each machine, and if it’s experiencing any issues – but a typical basic service for a free-arm embroidery machine looks like:

Inspecting and making necessary adjustments to every aspect that makes your machine run including timing and clearances, smooth any burrs that have formed, oil/grease necessary points, check and balance tensions, and clean inside and outside of machine.

We finish the service by embroidering on test fabric to ensure all functions work correctly, and your machine is ready to go for another year.

Free-arm Embroidery Machine

Free-arm multi-needle embroidery machines have multiple “heads” that hold individual needles each threaded with a different color embroidery thread allowing sewers to cut down on the time taken to rethreading. These machines also don’t have a traditional surface like a flat-bed machine but instead their free-arm has the ability to embroider on items with large dimensions like hats, bulky garments and more.

We service a variety of brands of free-arm embroidery machines including Brother, Janome, Juki, Ricoma, and we are Baby Lock certified.
