When you’re located in the Oklahoma City metro area, or even further out, we come out to your home or place of business, allowing for convenient same-day service in most cases.

Travel for outside the Oklahoma City metro area is calculated on a case-by-case basis by mileage. Just reach out to us with your address for a quote.

We work on most brands/makes/models of mechanical & computerized sewing machines, flat-bed and free-arm embroidery machines, long-arm quilting machines, sergers, and a large variety of industrial & commercial machines.

Great – we can work on several machines in a single day, depending on issues the machines are experiencing and types of machines. Contact us with the makes/models of your machines and we will communicate an estimated amount of time it’ll take to get your machines taken care of.

We work on a wide variety of industrial and commercial machines, including leather, embroidery, sergers, cover-stitch, flatseamers, blind hemmers, button holers and so much more. We try our best to be flexible in scheduling, to get your machines working smoothly again ASAP. We also offer new industrial machine set-up services.

Service needs vary based on type of machine, and if it’s experiencing any issues – but a typical basic service looks like:

Inspecting and making necessary adjustments to every aspect that makes your machine run including timing and clearances, smooth any burrs that have formed, oil/grease necessary points, check and balance tensions, and clean inside and outside of machine.

You can expect a smooth, efficient experience – without even having to leave your home and lug your machine elsewhere! You can view this page on our website for an overview of what a typical service appointment looks like for our customers.

Everything that makes your machine run. This can include power cord, foot control, bobbin and bobbin case, presser feet, embroidery arms and hoops.

This can certainly happen, whether a part unexpectedly breaks during use or a part simply wears out on an older machine*.

We carry a variety of common replacement parts with us to each appointment – and we always communicate why a part needs replacing as well as its cost with our customers before replacing any parts.

However if a replacement part is needed that we don’t currently have on hand*, we’ll communicate that with you at the time, so you can decide if you want to go ahead with having us order the part and a possible timeframe for a follow-up appointment.

*Please be aware that not all replacement parts are currently available from manufacturers/distributors.

We can examine your machine for a flat $75 fee due upon booking, inspecting if it’s repairable and if replacement parts are available and their costs, etc. This $75 fee will be applied to the full service fee if you choose to move forward with service and repairs.

Yes, I am definitely in Oklahoma! The area code of my phone number is Oregon, and not Oklahoma, simply because that’s where I lived when I originally got this phone number.
